Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey i have the oppotunity to get a real cheap 3.4L Quad cam V6 prado motor, gearbox and T case. I have a 2.8D hilux and am thinking of doing a heart transplant. What do you guys think of this motor:

power? reliability? ease of conversion? has anyone done this?

Go to the "Supra Conversion" thread in this forum an ask those Kiwis, they might have some idea of adapters and stuff????
