looking at the width of that bar, and knowing how much wider a 4runner is than an early cruiser, the bar would have to be at least 2 1/2 times wider than in the pic. my thoughts are that the style of bar pictured would most likely look silly on the 4runner.
search for tube bars and hilux on here and im sure youd get lots better examples of front barwork to suit your rig.
