Unfortunately not turbo from factory, unless a conversion has been done which is becoming more popular these days. Best way to check; if its factory turbo the rocker cover will be smooth and black, whereas the 1hz has a profile cast into it and will be silver.

Unless of course the owner has been sneaky. Can also have a look at the compliance plate on the firewall for the engine number.
Cheers,
Dan.

easiest way to check is the factory turbo diesel is ifs front
the std diesel is ridgid axle front iether wat they are good trucks
the std diesel sometimes has gbox issues but only if they are given a hard time for a long time
