just wondering how to do an aftermarket temp gauge install on a TD42. where is the sender located?
i've heard that the temperature difference between about 1/3 to 3/4 is a matter of a few degrees celcius. is this true? and if so, what are a few degrees going to do to an engine?

an idea would be for the sender is the top radiator hose , the gq RD28 had a bleeder in the top hose get one from a wreckers tap ur thread into the bleeeder screw bit and cut ur hose and install , cheap and easy...
