Hi All

qot some questions.

how do you remove the wheel berring retainer on the 05+ jimny's (i know its a 4 pin tool from zuk and its 160ft/lb's but any one made a tool?).

Also what part number and brands of after market king pin berrings are being used.

and finally anyone got some pic's of how they mounted their jimny rocksliders to the chassie.

Cheers

Mate im sure if anyone knew what the answer is they would post.
Is it the wheel bearing nuts youre trying to remove? You could use a chisel like quite a few people here do who dont have sockets heh.
Have you rung around bearing joints to ask if you can get the kingpin bearings? Maybe also try Terrain Tamer.

if you are a DIY guy ive seen ppl use a punch and hammer. The wheel bearings are a setright style pressed in the hub. Suzuki consider them a non serviceble unit, replace them when they are stuffed norm 250,000km onwards

tool to remove and replace the berring the retainer is tensiond to 220nm so thats a fair old flogging on the hammer and punch.
