Outer Limits 4x4 Board

zd 30 patrol,slipping belt noise.fitted new belt,noise stopped for 2 minutes then back again,very loud,sounds from alternater area,anyone had this problem?

sounds to me like the belt tensioner is f&*@
extremely common on zd30s

old man went through about 3 belts before he forked out for a whole new tensioner assembly.
wasnt cheap but fixed the issue
