I have a 94 nj gls, the heater blows barely luke warm air, the thermostat is new and the car runs at normal running temp, i have flushed the heater and water flows through freely, the fan works as do the controls, is there a heater tap on the motor somewhere? when i dissconected the hoses for the flush i removed them at the fire wall. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Not 100% sure, but as far as I know, there is no hot water control valve. Hot water flows through the heater all the time. The way the heat into the cabin is regulated is that the air bypasses the heater coil, so maybe the connection to the bypass flap in the air ducting has fallen off or become disconnected?

Something must be wrong somewhere. I find that the 2 Pajs I have ever owned have by far the best heating/cooling system of any card I have ever owned.

Check the cable on the back of the Hot/Cold actuator. Its probably come off or broken and not moving the blend door.

Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core. These are located going into the firewall. (Be sure to open the radiator cap first to relieve pressure) Once you do this either use air or a water hose to flush out the heater core itself. Flush it for a long time! You will probably notice a lot of gunk coming from it as you flush it. Then put it back together and top the coolant off. Its a common problem since the invent of extended life coolant. Once you unclog the heater core you may want to do a chemical flush on the entire coolant system or you'll do this every so often. Enjoy your heater!!! THis is a default solution that I have posted elsewhere.... So if I were you I'd really just try it again but use a degreaser before the real flush... ( in the heater core that is).
