Is the valve on top of airshocks for puting the nitro into just the same as a normal car tyre one?
I have one with a dodgey valve core that I need to replace.
Can I just use a car one or should I go see a motorbike shop and get one for a shock.

pretty sure they are all the same, ive used exinguisher ones for replacing tyre valve cores

i replaced one of my bumpstop ones with a tyre one and the guy who charged them said it leaked, so had to get one compatible with the oil or sometyhing.

you could try hydac or some hydraulic company, that sells them for accumulators
