As low as you need to make the tires bag out noticeably.
I used to run 10-15psi in my rocky at stockton. But at the same time, I got away with road pressures on another beach... only just but

If vehicle is fully loaded with camping gear, I would go down to 25 as a start.
BUT MAKE SURE YOU DRIVE ACCORDINGLY.
Once car is unloaded you could easily go to 20.
If you strike very soft sand then drop a few psi again.
Just be sure you adjust your driving to suit the soft tyres
And pump them back up when back on the blacktop.
enjoy your trip!
cheers

car will have camping gear but not excessive amounts. only 2 days worth of food. wont have tent or anything like that cause were sleeping in the truck.

Id go 18-20, and see how it goes. shouldnt be any drama at that pressure, just drive sensibly. When I had 33s on my 80s I ran 18psi offroad and lowered it to 15psi in situations I wanted more traction. 4runner is several hundred kg lighter than a cruiser, so 18psi should be a good starting point
If the tyres are squealing in soft sand, you probably need to drop a bit more air
