Outer Limits 4x4 Board

3.0 v6 99 Triton.

The bearing in the pulley on the front of the compressor is stuffed.
Still works but makes a hell of a noise. Took the belt off and I can rattle the pulley from side to side.

Can the pulley be taken off without removing the unit?.If so, how.

Or does the comp need to come out, losing the gas, and be thrown with great accuracy. Then go get another one. And a regas.

You need special pullers to get it off, its easier to throw it, replace with a new unit and regass
