This may sound like a stupid questions, but I rather be safe than sorry and snap something with undue force...

I just want to confirm that the diff breather cap on the sierras just pop up and off.

yeah - mine took about 15 mins with pliers to get off... was stuck on there good =) haha

Tap the hole with a 1/8th BSP tapered tap, and you can screw in an air barb for your breathers. Good to flush out the swarf after though.

put some grease on your tap before you thread the hole. The grease will grab the swarf.
