Just wondering if anyone else has had the stop light blow fuses and the turn signals as well. Obviously a short somewhere, but just wanted to know if anyone could give me some hints for the needle in the haystack...thanks (hand signals are so old school

Ok, fissed as a part here, so apologies for any incomprehensible words in this post.
There has been numerous posts about the wiring to the rear lights stuffing up because of the wiring rubbing and shorting on the chassis, where it passes obver the chassis in front of the rear wheel. This is only in the F series Daihatsus, of which the USA Rocky/ala Feroza/Sportrak isnt a member. Its worth a look, but I really dont think this is the problem.
Try a crook earth, maybe rust or mud/crud in the bulb sockets. Take the builbs out opf the sockets, and give then a goosd spray with something like WD40, or similar dewatering fluid.

Also don't forget the trailer plug and associated wiring. If something (stray copper wire etc) is jammed under that flap it could cause it.
