Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi there
i just recieved my adjustable control arms from superior .. i am running a patrol with 4 inch lift . how critical is the adjustment .. i know the diff and gear box angles are suposed to be parralell .. is there an easy way of checking this ?? or is there a specific measurement longer than standard that would work

20 mm lomger should do the trick just fine

aswell as pinion angle, you should also be trying to get spring and damper mounts on the axle looking good in relation to their mounts on the chassis.

18mm did it for my mates GQ shorty with 3 inch lift.

oh, and he also had adjustable uppers aswell, which i assume you have also.

I have never heard rear arms called "leading" arms?? Always used the term trailing arms, so does everyone who sells them.

rear control arms are called leading arms because the axle is trailing them.

I disagree. The rear arms are called trailing arms, control arm is acceptable terminology even though a control arm generally refers to a wishbone type setup. The fronts are leading arms or to be anal they should actually be referred to as Radius arms.

i think i speak for most when i say, honestly, who gives a shit what they are called, we do or should know what he is talking about. petty pedantic crap
