Special oil for air lockers?

I installed front and rear ARBs in February and just filled the diffs up with Valvoline transmission oil (I think its 70 - 90). Just last week I heard someone saying the local ARB agent is recommending Limited Slip Diff oil for them. I cant see a good reason for using this as nothing really slips in the air locker. Anyone confirm or refute this?

I don't know why this is the case- AFAIK normal diff oil is fine. I can see no reason for the friction modifier in an airlocker.

The only thing the 85w 140 is for is where ambiant temps are over the 40deg mark it so most area in oz ya only need the 80w 90 or a 75w 90
