Hey All,
New tyres 33x12.5x15 radial claw, on my LWB patrol. What pressures should I run off road?
I drive Mud, Sand and Rock,
Cheers, Daniel

best just to experiment, mearuring your contact patch and seeing how they perform in different terrains,,,, otherwise the "official" recomended minimum is 16psi

I run them as low as twelve but they have a habit of picking up dirt and mud under the beads which leads to slow leaks.
16 should be ok on a heavy Patrol though.

traction wise 14 in front 12 in rear works unreal (a full day of playing with pressures proved this) but they do pinch sidewalls easily at that pressure. we found 20 to be a great compromise as they still bag well but stand up to a bit more punishment.

Yeah I'm with you on that.
Anything under 20psi in mine and I always had pinched side walls or mud & dirt in the bead.

I've been running 18psi in my 35's for years. No dramas with dirt in the bead or lack of traction yet.

Radial or bias?
I regularly ran my 37" bias at 10psi. They didn't start to bag out till around 0psi
