5 speed question

hi all just woundering is there a difference in the fj60 5 speed gear boxes. im coming up for a new one.. i have the round headlight 60 series with a 5 speed box, is the 5 speed in the twin squar headlight 60 series have the same 5 speed?. i can pick one up in good working order for $650 is that cheap. thanks
