I never noticed before but now you mention it, H2 seems to be made of unobtainium. Weird.

No we can't get H2 globe we get ask this about 4 x a week as some rallye 2000 have them as well .
Cibie are makeing the turini in a h1 but i don't know when it will be out
i have fitted hid to them in the passed i think i used a h3 globe
the H3 globe is about 1.5mm taller then the H2 globe you just need to stuff around a bit or send it to me and i will do it for you

I haven't bothered to look at the globes, but is there an opportunity for an "adaptor" to allow H3 globes to be installed in H2 housings?

the H2 is a pretty basic bulb, its just the glass bulb with 2 flat contact plates. The Rally 2000s have a mounting base for the bulb which is itself mounted in the reflector like most H1 and H3 bulbs. Id say manufacturers dont make them because they cant control the mounting base, and if they made a bulb/base combo, it certainly wouldnt fit more than a couple of styles of light. Bit of fiddling and or some judicious use of glue and you could replace the H2 assembly with a H3 with no performance loss.
