Gearbox options.

the gearbox in the Rocky has got:
a slight whistle when it reaches +55km/h.
also it occasionally wont go into 2nd gear
leaks oil into the tranny.(fixable myself probably)
just wondering whats the cheaper or better option
rebuild
new gearbox
other.
