Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi all i have a 91 surf with a 2.4 turbo diesel rekitted injector pump is leaking out though to the timing case is this even possible any help for ideas for a fix on this.... have inspected rest of pump and its dry all over thanks....

there is an oil seal in the front of the pump on the shaft. It should have been replaced when it was resealed. If you paid someone to do it i'd be taking it back.

Also could it just be old oil/diesel that wasn't cleaned off?

i found that the inlet stud on top of the pump was loose so thats been tightened. but when i now hand prime it from the fuel filter it primes up to hard then about 20 seconds later i can hear drip drip onto the floor. ive dried everwhere each time to trace the drip but cant sea anywhere now where its coming from except running along the sump to the lowest point from that side of the block to under in line with the crank (is there a drain hole in the timing cover where it could leak from or is it coming from the pump and tracing its way down? thankyou for your help on this its becoming a real money pit. oh pump had reseal kit 2 months ago.
