Why 4inch? 2 inch body, 2 inch spring is enough. It not a nissan

2+2 is so yesterday.
4 is more work and money.

Why body lift? 2" - 3" springs and trim guards to suit..
Anyway... I had a 4" lift in my old Rangie I had no problems with it. The only thing I had different was I had stronger rear arms which were bent to suit the lift so the bush wasn't maxed out at ride height. They were
also adjustable and I had them 1" longer than stock. I also ran a disco front shaft (which your car obviously has). I'm not sure if that made any difference to stopping any sort of vibration, but my Rangie didn't have any.

It is, and flogging them makes it worse.
I would highly recommend 1310 unis and DC joints that have a greasable centre bearing if at all possible - thats the bit that fails on the big DC's.

Just out of curiosity, what size tyres do you intend on fitting and how happy are you with an angle grinder?

Angle grinders and Rovers go hand in hand

More info needed, dude.
What tyre/rim combo you planning on running? What terrain do you wheel on? How good are you with an angle grinder/saber saw?
4" is not impossible or hard...but there are other options to getting big tyres and big travel. I have 37" tyres with a 3" lift and 40mm body lift and cut guards on my RRC.

Dont do it. Go a 22 as suggested. You will run into all sorts of vibration and castor issues that are simply not worth the headaches. You will retain more suspension travel if you stick with the 2+2 IMHO.
As Micka says, more info is needed to help you out properly.
