If you want to do it properly fit the coils , drive it on those coils for a a week or 2 to settle them in , remove the panhard align the diff properly, measure and then fabricate them.
As assissin said approx 12mm but it depends on the actual lift you get from the coils fitted as different rate coils / wires all lift vehicles different
Just because you have 3 inch coils does not mean it sits at 3 inch.

I'm doing this in a week or two aswell, how do i "align the diff properly"?
Take panhard rod off and drive in a straight line or is it more technical than that?

no do not dirve with the pan hard rod off... i didi mine by eye by taking the pand hard off and moved the body to the correct position or u can put a straight endge on your tyre an measure distance to your gaurd....

just remove the panhard rod and make sure the diff is sitting central. If it is not just push the car to one side as it will move side to side quite easily.

cheers fellas,
yer i know how to do it properly, but was wanting to have the panhard rod there ready to put in when i put the coils in. so i will work off the 12mm.
I mean you can nearly get away with not touchin them at all, but will add the 12mm and should be close enough.

come on, I didn't mean drive at 40kph with no panhard rod, 10M up my driveway at 2kph wont do any damage, then the vehicle can centre itself.
BTW, great way to represent your business......
