problems with my 6.5 crawler gears ???

hey guy just wondering if any one has encountered this problem i went out wheeling last night and i was crawling in lowrange and it bounced and my car rolled back a bit and i noticed it wasnt in low range anymore and now since then doesnt stay locked into lowrange it just keeps popping out ???

im a bit worried about it and dont no what to do or were to start looking so all help on this would be great cheers

Mine was doing the same when the TC arms were bent, so check the arms and bushes arent putting the case on the P.

yeh its slightly twisted im gonna swap the one of the white one on to my black one i might get some braces welded on to the standed mount to make a tiny bit stronger aye and hopefully it wil be ok then :)

What condition is your shifter bush in, that's an easy thing to miss and to fix.

Yer sorry forgot I did this at the same time as well, which will probably help things if its badly worn.

As for strengthening the arms, it is highly recommended by many, however I haven't done it yet. And other then bending the arms slightly that once I have never had any other problems with the arms or case.

well ill swap the arms over and ill have a look at the bush and if it is badly worn where would go to get a new one?

I got mine from Suzishop but i was lucky apparently they sell pretty quick, but Midland should have plenty.

Just another thing to ask/check. was the detent ball put back in the case when it was rebuilt?

do you have abody lift because if you do it maybe that your body has shifted and is knocking it out of gear

yeh i put everythign that came out of the case back in when i rebuilt it.

and as for a BL i do have about 1inch of BL but from the looks of it i think it is the arm that holds the case as its twisted .
