Outer Limits 4x4 Board

My sd33t seems to start boosting at 1200 rpm then stop at about 2600 is this normal

Mine also seems not gain any power above 3000 rpm and blow huge amounts of black smoke over that

I have been thinking low compression/fuel pump (my injectors are new)

But just had a brain wave that it may be turbo not boosting enough (blowing off maybe)

Could someone have played with the injection pump is it settable ???

Any suggestions would be great

Sounds good to be pulling from 1200.
Check air filter is clean.

Boost does level out.
Pump 'May" of had max fuel setting adjusted during its life.
Did it suddenly start to do this?
