If it is oil smoke an engine flush will not fix it. It is not a bad thing to do but don't do it thinking it will remedy your problem.

How much oil does it burn over 5000km ?

If bugger all it's probably just a bit of blow by and and unburnt fuel. If you haven't had the injectors serviced before and don't know when they were done last it's probably not a bad place to start.

White smoke can also be coolant but you would have to have a pretty bad leak and be using a fair bit of water for it to smoke.

im not real flash with engines haha.

Umm the injectors i havent touched in 4 years, dunno if they were done anytime before that.Doesnt use any coolant ever, its great like that so i didnt consider head gasket idea and as for oil it burns a slight amount over the period between changes but nothing to worry about at all never needs a "top up"
