I have flushed and cleaned radiator, new thermostat, and coolent. Could it be water pump if so again what is the best way to test that while im at it.

What makes you think you need to test it with the engine running? Don't be stupid.

With the engine OFF and cold grab the fan and see how much resistance there is to turn it, this is not the test but just to get a feel for it.

Now run the engine up to operating temp, turn it OFF and then see how hard it is to turn the fan, it should be quite hard to turn. if its only a little harder than cold then its farked.
