Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi
I have a 2005 Mitsubishi triton, just had its 130 000 k service and its still blowing white smoke on start up.
Got any advice?

valve stem seals

Petrol = valve stem seals, Diesel = fuel problem, do u glow it before u start

Coolant creates some wild smoke on start up if there is a head gasket problem..
