33's hitting on 84 Hilux

Lots of questions.
Dad's 1984 hilux has 33's with 2" body lift and 2" suspension lift. We picked it up with the bobcat and only got to 300mm above the ground at full lock before it hit the inner guard. I posted a few months ago (didn't have pictures) and was told that we should move the diff forward. How far should it be moved? We would like to use relocation plates.
So far I think we will need:
Relocation plates
Extended brake lines
Shortened drag link (dropped?)
Adjustable torque bar
Driveshaft spacer
Where would be the best place/s to get this gear? superior engineering, snake racing?
We would like to do as little panel beating as possible and remain legal.
Does anyone know the max lift height in Tas?
The hilux has a blown head gasket and has been sitting outside for a while (cobwebs). We will be doing a conversion to a 3rz, so if the axle is moved forward it has to be able to miss the sump.
Thanks for any help
300mm off the ground
Few mm off hitting
Some measurements on the stops.
