Procomp make good quality steel rims, heaps of difference offsets and finishes.

3 of my friends are running these rims and they had them for long time 3-4 years and the still look like new, they have a tough finish.

yea they work.. balance up really well. got 3-4 mates with them, all black, the paint doesnt wear off unlike others which is a bonus.
Had ROH in white on the GQ< they were fine.

I run the Procomp series-51 and they haven't fallen off yet and are still round.
No problems to date.

I have Procomp series 95 or 97. They look a shit load etter than sunnys. They have been good, tough rim, they have survived some decent knocks with no problem. The only beef I have with mine is the chrome plating has deteriorated very quickly and has flaked on one of them.

I had a few quotes of $100 per wheel for the series 97 Pro-comps in 15x8.
The sunnies in the same size varied from $85 - $105 per wheel dependant on brand and dealer.
I also had a quote of $140 per wheel for the series 99 which is identical to the 97, but chrome...

I have bought Kings Wheels for the last 3 sets after a pathetic run with two sets of ROH's. The Kings are finished well, balance up well, and also have difference colours/styles/sizes and offsets.
Cost was $90 per rim, 15x8 -22mm offset (Cruiser).

I run series 152 procomps, the only thing I hate about them is the washing bit. But yeah they're so solid, I have gone over some tuff rocks, that scratch'd only the rims (Al of this forum dented his rims on the same track), and it's still going like new.
It proves that these are worth the money and much stronger.

Gee that's a shame. I just checked the members thread to see if the 152's looked any good on a GU, but it seems you have deleted everything from that thread...

Don't make em like they used to hey! I have an OLD set of tornado patternt ROH chrome sunnies that are still reasonable (would've been loads better if previous owner cared for them). I know of a few +15 year old chrome ROH wheels getting around that are still mint.
