engine conversion

i have a worked clevo sitting in my ford and was just wonder has anyone put a 302 cleveland in a toyota hilux 86 model??
or even a 250 crossflow with carby? if so was it a pain in the ass with mods or pritty much drop in and a way we go. any help would be much appreciated cheers Trav
