Body lift blocks that replace the body mounts

Post by Quadcamshorty »

hey guys,

I have the dreaded floor knock on the drivers side and was thinking of changing the body mounts as I don't think it is a cracked floor, firewall etc.

I saw these on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/POLYURETHANE-BOD ... 286.c0.m14

Just wondering if anyone has used them, and are they any good?

cheers

neither is the rest of car really, so that wouldn't bother me.

So they were good in terms of fitment?
No noises etc?

cheers

no noises, no hassles. but i do think the body lift hastened the body cracking etc

this was about 15 years ago before they were illegal and i sold it a couple of years later
