please help!!! dramas fitting new fuel pump

hey, can anyone offer any advice on how i can get the new fuel pump to fit in my 95 sierra 1.3 carb, it is identical to the original but it just wont go in far enough. is there a trick to this or just real fiddly

Try doing search on the net for "Suzuki sierra workshop manual PDF" should work I've heard

There is no trick really, just make sure the push rod is in as far as it can go, and put it on straight.
there is a downloadable FSM in the downloads section of Auszookers
