Look in The Bible mate, theres a few threads you can read thats related.

Im using Wildcat extractors from a Vitara. The engine mount needed a little trimming, but otherwise they fit ok.

I used the hurricane ones (for the later model g16B vit) and they fit up perfect.

i got a set off ebay from max performance headers.

The engine mount had to be trimmed up and tweaked the extractors a little,on a very steep downhill run the engine shifts enough that they still just hit

I have the same as the ones pictured above. They are the Hurricane late model ones, so NO they don't fit. Plus they hang very low. I wonder whether Jimny G13B ones would fit up, anyone know.

Need something that doesn't run double pipes past the bell housing flange.

I got the G13BB ones on mine. They don't fit straight off the shelf, and require modding.
Yes they run double pipes past the bellhousing flange. I dinted them near that bellhousing flange where the engine number is a little (I went more than I needed to). A pressed the two pipes closer together too. I also spaced them off the head with a 10mm aluminium spacer.

Pictures before modding that show why they dont fit straight up:

Don't have any good pictures of them fitted up, can get if needed. The pictures above make them look worse than they are.

Are you using benTs adapter kit?

As i did and used the wildcat 122 model extractors and only had to trim the engine mount about 5-10mm as it was a little too close for comfort.

Yeap, BenT kit. Got any pics of the Wildcats. The Hurricans run directly between the bell flange and the chassis, could not be a worse position.

There is a bucket load of room behind the bloody bellhousing, we should all get together and get them to make something to suit. Keep it nice and high too.

What's the difference between the 16V and 8V requirements, just the mounting for the intake pipe or are all the bolts in the wrong places??
