GT2860RS on SD33T

Righto,

Replacement turbo time - Pending compression test.
Turbo seals appear to be leaking a lot of oil into my intake.

I am looking at the GT2860RS with .60 AR / .64 ex AR (instead of .86)
Commonly known as the "Disco Potato"

SD33T running max fuel, FMIC and water/methanol injection.

So far I have found that I will need:

GT2860RS (.60/.64)
Dump flange plate (a friend and I will construct 3" dump from this)
T25/28 to T3 adapter
Fittings for oil feed and return
Fittings for water feed and return
3" 90 degree silicone bend into turbo

Where is the best place to pick the water feed back up from and return it?

Will I be able to use the factory oil feed/return lines without problem or would it be advisable to upgrade them?

Any other suggestions/comments welcome.

Water, tee into heater fittings, as not really any other place on an SD. Oil supply and drain will be fine. What boost pressure are you running??

14-16psi - HT15 seems to lose efficiency over 11-12psi and charged air is too damn hot!

Heater fittings is nice and easy - Thanks.

looking good fellas

2500k since last service and im not using any oil (apart from the turbo seals and compression is good)

conversion will cost me around $2000 once complete and should give me much more efficient running and a better powerband.

as it stands i sit on 11psi @ 110km/h, 8psi @ 100....

hey dude bout what mine does on the road too. I have no waste gate, between 4000 4500 rpm im getting around 26 psi boost with no intercooler. Fuel to suit 18 psi. The over boost seems to keep the egt's down.

So far all good towed car on tralier, 477 degree exhaust and 82 degree coolant. I have plated off the heat exchange on the side of the motor and run a oil to air cooler.

SD a tuff motor, fit pyro and keep an eye on it.. I thought my crank would have broke by now seen as they are only a 4 journel main!!!
