Hey peoples!! Just wondering if it is true that hilux tailshafts are prone to getting slogged out in the splines?? Im running 1980 hiulx diffs in my 1991 suzuki sierra.. in running a hilux tailshaft in the front, and the back. I havent had any probs with the rear tailshaft.. but the front shaft (which is originally a lux rear) keeps buggering up in the splines?? This is the 2nd one that has worn out within 12 months. When i got them, they werent new though. I have a fair bit of flex in the zook, and i am unable to run a normal hilux slip joint, cause the crash on themself when the suspension is flexed. After a bit of researching.. i found a slip joint out of a 85 lux (DC joint end), which has heaps more angle

So this is what im running now. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there another vehicle out there with the same bolt pattern as a lux, which also has heaps of angle on the slip joints? Please help!?!? Thanks heaps
