I rekon you could get 40's under it but might have no floor or guards or flex... thats the go but...

But really you can probably sqeeze 33's maybe without chopping much...

225/75/16s will be fine, 9mm over standard.

Maybe 245/75/16s (31s).

4Runner_01, your rig is about the setup I want. I got some 35s in a 16", but mine is the later IFS and chain t/f case, so I haven't worked out the crawler gears yet. And the 35s will need some guard chopping I reckon.

im looking at 285 75@32' was just seeing what others
have run with min mods!
no hard out wheeling, bit of beach, mainly road plus the extra
h/way gearing on top.

32's will be bout the max you can go and may have some minor scrubbing on full flex at the back of the front wheel arch depending on rim offset.
If not doing any hard wheeling, then should be all good.
If you keep to the std ifs offset rims (-8 I think) then you will be much less likely to have any probs.

285/75/16s are roughly the same size as 33s, with a 2inch BL they may fit. I run 265/75/16 on my Lux with near stock suspension and they do rub on full flex. If you go to a 285 then you are best to run an 16x8 rim but if sticking with a 265 then a 16x7 will suffice, the 16x8 will most likely need flares as they may stick out a little
