Ask $5000 see what happens although don't be surprised if there are about 20 posts after this one saying it's pos old 60 and worth $1000

I paid $4200 for a turboe'd diesel with similar K's, and a fair bit of fruit.
So 5k for a rusty stock 60 is probably dreaming.
If it has a bit of rego and is still driveable I'd say about 2500 is realistic, ask a bit more of course.

but if you go over to 4wdaction forum, they recon a decent (some fixable rust) 60 is worth more than an 80 series...

I paid $11K for one with front and rear air lockers, lift and body lift, full bar work, 2X long range tanks, rear drawers, cargo barrier and custom seats/consol and interior trims. Transfer gears and a 6.5 chev V8 in it. No rust and a shite load more fruit I haven't mentioned.
Without malice, by your description, you'd only get a couple grand at most.
