Hi all I have just changed the fuel filter and hoses next to it (they were cracked) pumped up the fuel untill it was out of the end of the hose b4 the pump, Is their any way to make sure all air is out of the fuel lines or the little bit will work its way out?

If you can get it to run it will bleed itself.

there should be a bleed nipple on the pump to bleed it out to the pump.
if you still have trouble, crack the injector lines one at a time with a rag around the top of the motor, get someone to crank it until fuel flows out the nut/injector. repeat
