Is it the LRA add on tank that sits under the cargo well? These tanks normally hold welds quite well compared to others like Brown Davis. It may be the filler hose or fast fill breather loose. Does it do it only when full? You will have to fill it and have a look as to where the fuel is coming from. It can be leaking from numerous places. Failing that, take it to a qualified mechanic. I doubt it would be the tank itself unless he has given it a good whack on something.

yes it is definetly LRA, and sorry fuel is coming out the filler area, but also beleive that it gravity fills the main tank aswell, i wouldnt of thought that it should do this. i will get more info off my friend tomorrow and post it on here. thanks for your help though :)

The LRA tank is basically a big jerry can with a low pressure fuel pump that will fill the main tank when the button is pressed. The filler's on those need to be chopped and there are quite a few hoses around the filler neck. I would say one of those is leaking. Pull the inner rear guard off and you should find where the leak is coming from.

found out today that its the main tank that is draining into the LRA aux in the rear and when its full it over flows out the filler, should there be a one way valve or something between the main and aux to stop this as this seems quite unusual...

From memory there is a balance pipe that allows fuel to flow back to the aux tank when the main is full to stop the main tank overfilling. That sounds strange that it would flow the other way. Has it just been installed or has it been there for a while. I'd be getting someone to check it out.
