Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi

I just got the best present ever from my wife and its a 1977 FJ40

now its got 35" BFG Mud tyres which I will be replacing with a smaller 33" mud tyres for a roadworthy safety certificate.
Will I be needing to install mudflaps on all corners?
I dont see much FJ40s around with mudflaps....
Is this needed for RWC?
The mesh on my grill is missing do I need to put a mesh on this to pass as well?
PLUS its installed the wrong way around. But I think the reason is the previous owner installed a trans oil cooler and screwed it on the grill, might just leave it like that for now.

every roadworthy place is different,best bet is putting it in for a roady and getting a list,then go from there

Ive got an original grille for a FJ40 I would sell to you. Would look tops chrome plated or powder coated.

Did they come with mudflaps stock or an option only?
How much for the grille?

They must have mud flaps which cover the width of the wheel and are no higher at the lowest point than 300mm
