Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Looking at a 1999 duel cab hilux 3.0lt diesel its got 250,000km on it and an after market turbo asking price is $10,000 ,is this a good price and do they have any issues with after market turbo,s.

Sounds like a fair price to me
