Maybe do a compression test on all cylinders to make sure that cylinder isn't low on comp. It may be not burning the fuel well if it's down on comp. If that tests ok, i would have said leaking injector (as mine are leaking down and hard to start after sitting) although you did say you have changed them.

I'd hate to say it but it sounds like a possible dead cylinder. Bottom end maybe? I would start at a comp test and let us know how you go.

Check the fuel regulator by pulling off the vacumn line while running, does fuel come out? If its stuffed fuel will be sucked into the rear cylinders
