Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i have a 2000 gu patrol non turbo 4.2 engine with a custom tray and have recently added a t3 denco high mount turbo kit and a 550hp water to air intercooler. before the intercooler i was running 9psi with 117 deg-c intake temp and 450 deg-c egt's then with intercooler and same settings i got the intake temp down to 51 deg-c and 380 egt's, then i set boost at 12psi and set egt's to 450 and now my intake temp is down to 59 deg-c so my intercooler has made a big difference.

Have you had it dynoed? If so how much Hp at the wheels?

no haven't got it on dyno yet as i live in the middle of nowhere but want to get an aneroid first then go to 15psi and get it tuned properly, i got my intercooler kit ordered off the plazmaman website

As my top mounted air cleaner box wont fit anymore i am in the3 process of making one out of a water and dust proof electrical cabinet that i will connect to my snorkel.
