Patrol GQ and GU uses H233B diffs with 33 splines rear and 31 splines front. Some wagons and pick ups (UTEs ???) use H260 diffs rear with 34 splines (semi-floaters) or 37 splines (full floaters), but still 31 splines front, so NO. You can't use your rear GQ/GU LSD up front. What you can do is get an LSD out of a rear MQ or Pathfinder and fit it up front.

Or better yet, go the Full Monty and buy an ARB. If you stay in this long enough, you'll eventually get one.

There's also the Detroit Locker option for your front diff, which is better than a Lokka. Just to let you know !

The're copies of each other, one just doesn't cost an arm and a leg in US$. As for ARB, would never go near one. Too many things can go wrong like holes in airlines, air pump failure.

Always tought when you; guys from Down Under, mention Lokka you meant Lock Right:

the Lock Right I mean (the one on the above pic) is not as robust as a Detroit (below):

Which is the one you know as Lokka ?

P.D. anyways, I'd rather run a selectable locker (ARB or any other...) up front than an automatic one ... my 0.02 cents !

In Australia we have another brand called 4WD Systems Lokka. So there are a few.
