I have bought plenty of stuff from Paul (owner of Tigerz11) and never had any dramas with product quality etc. His service is spot on too.

Also, just for the sake of it - DO A FRIKIN' SEARCH!!!

There are 5-6 major threads regarding Tigerz11 products, and probably another 20 or so minor threads with references to Tigerz11 gear.

never had a nother winch to compare it with and ive only used it once but I think its great for the price. I also drowned it twice and was all good still.

Mine has recently buggered up after 4 months of working like a champ. Paul has been really helpful with offering assistance. I Will be pulling it down this weekend which sucks as I have to rip my bar off. Hopefully it's just a loose connection on the winch. The solenoid is clicking but the winch doesnt work which to me means the motor is stuffed. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated...
Untill ths happened I thought it was a great product and everyone else says the same thing. Maybe mine was a dud , but hopefully it is just a bad connection.

I'm pretty sure Pauls models haven't changed for 12-18 months - so yes, the older threads are still relevant.

There are new models coming out soon - refer to Pauls most recent post (located in one of the results from the SEARCH page funnily enough) and he has listed the specs and prices on the new models.

I'm tipping the brushes have corroded and siezed in place and no longer contact the commutator.

They would have corroded after only 4 months? Its been used but not hard and has been through a little bit of water but nothing enough to stop the car. I thought they were supposed to have extra waterproof protection anyway? Like I said I was super happy with the performance of the winch and Paul has been fantastic to deal with, he really does back up his products! It is however pretty Sh!thouse to have to spend time pulling he winch out after only 4 months, and I'm pretty keen to see what it looks like inside.
