Me and my mate are going to do a 2" body lift to my 91 suzuki vitara swb very soon.

Just want to ask if anyone knows if there is anything else Im gunna have to replace due to lifting the body 2" or if there is anything I will have to watch out for, hints and tips etc. Its going to be the first mod done to my Vitara, followed by 31" muddies and a 3 inch suspension lift (calmini when I have enough coin)

Regards, Shane

just watch out for captive studs, as zooks don't have all removable bolts.
just get some OME wagon suspension and save some coin and at the same time get a better suspension.
then bolt some 31's on but make sure you have some spare front diffs, cv's and mounts lying around.....you will need them. ;)

Get some longer brake hoses made up to match your intended lift. Apart for the captive studs, which if the kit you by is suited for a Vitara shouldn't be an issue anyways, there's not too much more. Aircon lines past the radiator, air intake, wiring and fuel filler. Some times there are issues with transfer and gearbox shifters but they are pretty easily fixed with some every so slight trimming of boot retaining rings or small bends in the levers. Just ensure you don't overdo anything in those areas.
