2h turbo question!

two quick questions and any avalible advice would be great-
i have a 89 75 series with the 2h in her with a toyota turbo kit, im looking at upgrading the turbo on her and im not to sure exaclty what turbos i can use and also what i will need to change any help would be great.
and seconly-
dose anyone know any spring works places on the sunshine coast? i need some work done with my leaf springs.!
