gday guys...
im currently running 5.5inch coils under my jimny
in the front i have rear rav 4 shocks in the front and 40series shocks in the rear all supplyed by dobbinson suspension rockhampton
i have had to make castor plates for front and rear to roll the diff bak to normal
im getting a cross memeber removed tuesday so the tail shaft wont hit when i roll the diff bak to normal to get zero castor.
i also extend the auto hub lines and wil have to cut the shock mounts and move them about 10mm inwards to fit castor plates on the rear...
i would add pic if i new how..

sounds pretty cool so all you need now is sierra transfer with reduction gears, 35's and lux diffs mine is almost finished but soughting out brakes is a nightmare.

Lux diffs in a Jimny...
What would you be doing with your old
Jimny diffs?

by ROK88
well the diffs went to the tip as i had 6 rears but they were all brocken i still got front diff i think and housings oh and som yuri 4x4 hardened cv's that are unbreakable what do you need

Posted: Sat Dec 12, 2009 8:28 pm
by P@nda
Wouldnt of minded the front n rear centres.
But its all good.
Do you know if the CV's fit in the coily sierras?

im not to sure they might but i do have a front centre in good condition if you want it

Oh okay.
Thanks mate but I may have to do some
more research before anything happens.

I recently bent my rear diff housing (coily)
and I cant find a housing anywhere, im tryna
come up with alternitives to the coily rear diff.

I know the Jimny rear diff centre bolts directly
into the coily rear but im not sure if the fronts
are interchangable.

What $$$ you be after if i do decide to go that way?

Hey chase.rawlings, do you drive a red jimny? I think i've seen you driving around. I'm in a white hardtop zook with 31's and stupidly big spotties
