can someone tell me the point of this set up, is it for height or weight or what, there some serious super thick bottom leaves and 3 thin one's.

the 2 bottom ones are the load leaves, keeps the pack straight when fully loaded, if you're not carrying big loads then you don't need them the standard length. as for the other 3 not sure what is going on there as mine has 5 leaves, they may be rear parabolics?? but not sure

the very bottom one looks like its there simply as a lift block or something, its very short. its too tall to get my dirt bike in the back so the heaviest load will be my staffy. i might try an get a standard leaf pack and build a better pack. Ill copy a good setup off one of the luxs on here lots to choose from.

look like ifs rear springs in a solid axle to me drop the load leafs out and add track bar also look at inverting rear shocks and it'll be a sweet setup
search toyo tech heaps of info on it
plenty of parts on the bench
