shock absorbers, soft springs, and good shackle angles, make sure hte shackles are at around 45 degrees, longer shackles can help flex a lot, (but legality reasons and streetability, chewing out bushes can be issues) also die grind out the are where your bush sits, so that they get more deflection, allows greater travel too, again some on road sacrfices if you go too far!!

thanks BJ, what do you mean by grind out around the bushes? have a pic?
i am thinking of building a set of funky shackles for it. not like revolvers but more like one that just has a side-to-side hinge int he middle to help deal with spring bind.
ideas?

picture your normal leaf spring suspension bushes
now picture a shock absorber bush
RIGHT, it allows a lot more movement within the mount for the bush to rotate
carve a bit of metal out and let your bushes flex more

the rover bushs are small in rubber content and should be replaced with nolothane or similar to allow the sping to twist, the front springs should be rover, the packs are fine to get ariculation with a little work. the rear springs will work well with a standard aftermaket pack with a little work.
there are a ew tricks to do this. paabolics will not give you good aticulation. my S3 has about 1 meter of articulation with this set up (and i can pove it)
