Can someone please tell me the purpose of inverting the rear shocks on a Hi Lux . I own an older model and have noticed a few of the same models getting around the tracks with inverted shockies.

If your shocks are inverted you get more travel because they're not strait up and down, the trade off is not as good on road handling, a good compromise is to set them up like the patrols not touching at the top...

If you invert them too much, you will end up with heaps of body roll. Stick with about 20* off ya diff.
